I am deeply passionate about supporting individuals through trauma, grief, PTSD, and burnout. My approach is grounded in empathy, understanding, and creating a safe, nonjudgmental space for healing and growth. I aim to help clients process their experiences, build resilience, and rediscover their sense of purpose. I have a strong passion for pet loss counseling, recognizing the deep bond between people and their animal companions. I provide support for those navigating the unique and complex grief that comes with losing a beloved pet.

My focus also includes childhood trauma, where I help individuals navigate the impact of early experiences and foster healing for a healthier future. Additionally, I have a passion for veterinary professionals experiencing burnout and compassion fatigue, helping them regain balance, develop healthy coping strategies, and find renewal in their work.

As I continue my training, I am committed to offering the highest quality care, integrating evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and narrative therapy to address the diverse needs of my clients.
